RawBakery is a raw organic bakery affiliate

Welcome to The Raw Bakery.

We think our logo pretty much sums up everything about us and why we are doing what we do. Raw Bakery manufactures and distributes desserts, cakes and candy bars and other healthy treats (just like a conventional bakery does all these things) but using only natural and mostly organic ingredients which are as close to the unprocessed raw state as the sun intended, when she grew the ingredients on trees, bushes, fields etc.

The sun also symbolizes energy, power and strength (living vitamins, enzymes, minerals, etc) that is kept alive in our cakes and other creations. The temperatures we use to dry our products in dehydrators (and not ovens) never exceeds the sun’s warms when she would dry food on earth (sun drying). Our dehydration temperature for products such as our brownies, macaroons, cookies and bars is approx 106 Fahrenheit. We use the dehydration techniques to achieve consistencies that remind us of conventional foods.

Our ingredients are mostly nuts, dried fruits, seeds, coconut, dates, raw honey, spices and flavors and others. We also would like to mention at this point that it is because of our ingredients that the prices for our foods are higher than for foods you usually would buy, such as brownies, cookies, cakes etc. It is a difference if you use flour, whether whole grain organic flour or white flour and sugar etc. These ingredients are much cheaper running about 30-50 cents/lb in costs for a bakery. Raw ingredients such as nuts and dried fruits sell for about $ 5-10 / lb wholesale. A huge difference.

The reason why we do all this is because we saw a need for healthy sweets and desserts. We use only dates, other dried and fresh fruits and raw honey as our only sweeteners which are recommended by Dr. med Bruker from Germany. These are the only sweeteners that one actually can see and touch in nature. These are whole food sweeteners. This is very important because the body can digest optimally only whole foods.
